What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in client services or a related field. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM software. - You demonstrate empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, veteran, or elderly populations. - Knowledge of fiscal agent services or social service programs. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish. - Certification in customer service or related training.
