Role Overview: As a Bilingual Client Services Agent, you will be the vital link between Acumen and our diverse client base. Your role is to provide exceptional support and guidance, ensuring clients receive the assistance they need in a clear and empathetic manner. This position requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively serve our bilingual community. What You'll Do: - You will assist clients by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to their fiscal agent services. - You will communicate clearly and compassionately in both English and Spanish to support client needs. - You will maintain accurate client records and documentation to ensure compliance and quality service. - You will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate services and improve client experiences. - You will educate clients about available programs and resources to enhance their independence. - You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with policies and best practices. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in client services or a related field. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM software. - You demonstrate empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with disabled, veteran, or elderly populations. - Knowledge of fiscal agent services or social service programs. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish. - Certification in customer service or related training.
