This is a remote position. AcuMax Index is expanding in Dallas–Fort Worth, and we’re looking for a Client Advisor who can build and grow our market presence across North Texas. As a Client Advisor, you’ll spearhead AcuMax’s growth in the DFW business community, connecting with CEO groups, chambers, associations, and fast-growing SMBs. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, deliver consultative insights, and serve as a trusted partner to your clients. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales • Build AcuMax’s presence in your region by developing relationships with local business leaders, associations, and referral networks. • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking events, referrals, and inbound leads. • Manage the full sales cycle — from discovery to demos to contract negotiation and close. • Promote AcuMax’s consulting, training, and workshops to both new and existing clients. • Represent AcuMax at industry conferences, CEO groups, and regional events. • Maintain a healthy pipeline and meet or exceed regional revenue targets. Client & Account Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering a seamless and proactive client experience. • Guide clients through onboarding, including system setup, report interpretation, and position profile creation. • Act as a trusted advisor to help clients use AcuMax insights to improve hiring, leadership, and team performance. • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to drive adoption, renewals, and account growth. • Monitor account health, identify risks early, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance client experience.
