Description: • Architect scalable and sustainable wayfinding and location service solutions, including point-to-point navigation, point-of-interest (POI) search, geolocated notifications, and indoor positioning. • Incorporate IoT, mobile, AI-driven analytics, and cloud services to meet customer requirements and deliver measurable outcomes. • Earn trusted advisor status by collaborating with clients to understand their technical needs by leading technical discovery sessions, supporting “art of the possible” envisioning workshops and conducting site assessments. Translate operational, accessibility, and sustainability goals into tailored solutions designed to address real-world navigation and location challenges. • Deliver comprehensive architecture blueprints that ensure interoperability across the Atrius ecosystem and customer environments. Incorporate considerations for mobile app integration, data privacy, security, and extensibility. • Represent Atrius at conferences, workshops, and industry events. Lead webinars, technical training sessions, and trade show demos to educate stakeholders and drive solution adoption. • Stay informed on emerging technologies in SaaS, indoor mapping, smart buildings, and energy management. Continuously evolving solution design approaches to keep Atrius at the forefront of digital wayfinding and location intelligence. • Guide integration of Atrius Wayfinder into native iOS and Android apps, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and alignment with indoor positioning capabilities. • Support RFIs and RFPs with clear, technically accurate content. Produce technical documentation, implementation patterns, and reusable integration assets. • Collaborate with airports, airlines, and their vendor partners to ensure seamless deployment and long-term success of Atrius location services in complex operational environments. • Design and recommend solutions that adhere to relevant industry standards and protocols and cybersecurity best practices. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to develop technical offers, aid in client demos, and provide onboarding support. Act as a bridge between customer needs and internal roadmap development by channeling voice-of-customer insights. • Thought Leadership & Enablement: Represent Atrius at conferences, workshops, and industry events. Lead webinars, technical training sessions, and trade show demos to educate stakeholders and drive solution adoption. • Continuous Innovation: Stay informed on emerging technologies in SaaS, indoor mapping, smart buildings, and energy management. Continuously evolving solution design approaches to keep Atrius at the forefront of digital wayfinding and location intelligence. Requirements: • Minimum of 8 years of experience in solutions architecture, systems integration, or technical consulting, IoT, or smart infrastructure sectors. • Proven expertise in indoor positioning, location services, or mobile navigation technologies. • Knowledge of Bluetooth Low Energy (BTLE) and infraless indoor positioning systems • Experience designing and supporting mobile applications on: iOS (Swift or Objective-C) Android (Java or Kotlin) • Proficiency in RESTful APIs and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Familiarity with edge computing, digital twins, and AI-driven automation • Strong written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working in aviation, geospatial technologies, or smart building environments (preferred) • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, HVAC/R technologies, or a related field • Fluency in English required; another European language, such as French, German, other is a plus • Travel, up to 50%, may be required to meet with customers, prospects, attend industry events, or visit project sites.
