Project Manager – Level 2 (Retail / Oracle RMS) 6–12 Months Contract (Strong chance of multi-year extension) 100% Remote (EST hours) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Level 2) to support a large, complex enterprise program focused on data and process-driven technical implementations within Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS). This role joins an existing large-scale program (not a backfill) and requires strong coordination, executive communication, and delivery tracking skills in a highly matrixed environment. Top 3 Required Skills • Managing complex, multi-tiered programs with multiple dependencies • Executive-level communication and program tracking (status, risks, visibility) • Creating, maintaining, and aligning project plans across teams
