Develop and implement wealth management strategies, provide advanced financial planning leveraging CPA and CFP expertise, collaborate with internal teams, conduct financial reviews, maintain client relationships, monitor regulatory changes, and mentor junior planners.
CPA and CFP certifications, bachelor's degree in finance or related field, 7+ years of wealth planning or financial advisory experience, strong knowledge of tax codes and investment strategies, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies including tax planning, retirement, estate, investment, and risk management solutions. • Provide advanced financial planning insights leveraging CPA expertise for tax optimization and CFP training for holistic client guidance. • Collaborate with internal teams (investment advisors, portfolio managers, estate attorneys, insurance specialists) to deliver integrated client solutions. • Conduct in-depth financial reviews, cash flow analyses, and scenario planning to anticipate client needs. • Maintain long-term client relationships built on trust, transparency, and fiduciary responsibility. • Monitor regulatory changes, tax laws, and financial planning trends to ensure client strategies remain effective and compliant. • Mentor junior planners and contribute to the overall growth of the wealth management team. Qualifications • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) – required • CFP (Certified Financial Planner) – required • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 7+ years of experience in wealth planning, financial advisory, or tax advisory roles. • Proven track record of working with high-net-worth individuals and families. • Strong knowledge of tax codes, estate laws, and investment strategies. • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage complex financial situations with discretion and professionalism.
