An international industrial machinery manufacturer in the southern suburbs of Cleveland, OH is seeking a Sales Account Manager responsible for managing current customers and supporting business growth strategies. Responsibilities: • Prepare proposals, presentations and sales reports • Provide status updates on all orders and sales activities • Respond to questions from customers • Document and track the status of orders with the sales team and engineers • Maintain customer records and updates • Attend industry trade shows • Help coordinate customer inspection visits with engineering team Qualifications: • At least 4 years industrial sales/account management • Technical and/or mechanical expertise with industrial machinery or equipment • Experience with heavy-duty capital equipment is preferred • Prefer at least an Associate’s degree • Ability to travel up to 40 percent If you feel you can make positive contributions to our company, and think this is the position for you, please don’t hesitate to send us your resume right away!
