Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions is an international company seeking an on-site IT Manager in Irving, TX. The role focuses on determining the IT needs of the organization and ensuring the smooth operation of critical business applications, particularly SAP and other ERP systems. Responsibilities • Manage all information technology and computer systems • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems • Coordinate with other Global IT teams • Track and maintain hardware and software inventory • Assist with Financial/IT audit as necessary • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations • Create and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, NIST) and regulatory requirements • Application implementation and maintenance • SAP (ERP) management • Be available on 24/7 level to make sure business runs smoothly, without suspension Skills • Japanese speaker at a business level (bilingual English/Japanese preferred) • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred • 5+ years of work experience as an IT Manager • Professional certifications desired • Experience with accounting systems or accounting background is a plus • Proven experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems • Experience with VMware, Azure AD, Networking, Google Workspace, M365 Admin Center, Apple Business Manager • Experience with Starship, SAP (FICO, MM, SD, CS) SAP Work Manager, RingCentral, Unifi products, Salesforce • Eligible for W2 employment [no VISA support, no corp-to-corp (C2C) support] • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Bilingual English/Japanese Company Overview • Career Management It was founded in 2000, and is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
