A global supplier of automotive components is currently seeking a motivated Korean / English Bilingual Automotive OEM Business Development Manager to join their office in the Atlanta, GA area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in sales operations and leadership, and a positive, team-oriented mindset. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a comprehensive benefits package. Korean / English Bilingual Automotive OEM Business Development Manager Responsibilities Include: • Identify new business development opportunities, and establish relationships with potential customers within assigned sales territory • Manage existing accounts and procure new business from customers • Collaborate with design and manufacturing departments to ensure timely delivery of products • Create price quotations and negotiate price / costs with customers; act as point of contact regarding quality issues, project status, etc. • Keep informed on market trends and prepare sales and cost forecast reports • Achieve sales goals and revenue targets with minimal supervision • Other duties as assigned Korean / English Bilingual Automotive OEM Business Development Manager Responsibilities Include: • Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field preferred • Must be able to speak , read and write in Korean in Business level • Minimum 3-5 years’ account management and business development experience in the automotive industry • Specific experience working with OEM / Big 3 automotive customers is required • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required • Strong communication and collaboration ability in a multicultural environment • Organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects as needed • Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
