///W2 Contract Onsite Position in Farmington Hills MI//// A Golbal IT solutions provider based in the United States, delivering innovative services for automotive industry manufacturers. As part of a larger international group, they help organizations modernize operations and build secure, scalable, and future-ready technology. Position Overview: An experienced IT Manager - Digital Transformation is responsible for leading the integration of business, development, and operations practices. This role will ensure seamless collaboration across teams, drive digital transformation, and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Leadership • Align IT initiatives with business goals, ensuring technology supports growth and innovation. • Define and implement BizDevOps strategies to improve collaboration between business, development, and operations. • Technology & Operations Management • Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise applications. • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across platforms. • Drive automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices. • Team & Stakeholder Collaboration • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, operations engineers, and business analysts. • Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement. • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. • Governance & Compliance • Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards. • Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements. • Innovation & Continuous Improvement • Introduce emerging technologies (AI, cloud-native, microservices) to enhance business agility. • Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure IT performance and project success. • While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift 10-25 pounds if needed. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision and hearing. • Other duties assigned depending on various projects requirements Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 7+ years of IT management experience, with at least 3 years in DevOps or BizDevOps environments. • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD tools, and automation frameworks. • Experience with enterprise applications, microservices, and API management. • Proven leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or DevOps-related credentials are a plus. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift 10-25 pounds if needed.
