And international industrial manufacturer in the St. Louis area is looking for a Director of Operations who would oversee business and product development. The ideal candidate is an analytical leader who will join the senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's business and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities • Oversee the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, scheduling and management, etc.) • Determine company's strategic growth as part of the executive team • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects • Implement process optimization and quality control in all departments • Assure supply chain and logistics teams are effective and economical • Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing methods to eliminate waste, improve quality and reduce costs Qualifications • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline • At least 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment • At least 7 years' experience in a senior management role • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Experience in product management and development Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
