This role involves managing relationships with distributors, partners, and direct customers, while driving sales growth through strategic planning, customer support, and market development. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and sales partners. • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales channels. • Visit and communicate with customers to understand needs, present solutions, and close sales. • Prepare quotes, proposals, and necessary documentation. • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring satisfaction. • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy. • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. • Assist with sales promotions, product materials, and marketing activities.
