Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: • Assist the company’s administrative and clerical duties • Responsible for data entry, filing, documentation, phone / E-mail correspondences, and record keeping • Responsible for incoming calls from customers and respond or transfer the calls to the appropriate company representative • Assist the sales team at office if needed • Assist the sales teams to prepare their presentation and to crate reports • Maintain office supply inventory • Perform other duties assigned Requirements for the Bilingual Administrative Assistant: • Must be able to read, speak, and write in both Japanese and English at a business level • Associate or higher degree in Business or related major preferred • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an Intermediate or higher level • 1+ years administrative / office clerk experience • 1+ years sales coordinator / inside sales / customer service experience in the manufacturing industry • Excellent interpersonal communication skills – speak and write • Strong at numbers and calculation • Team worker, punctual, organized, details oriented Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
