Job Overview Are you ready to take your career to the next level as a Spanish Bilingual Warehouse Operations Manager? In this dynamic role, you will lead and optimize warehouse operations while ensuring seamless communication across diverse teams. Your expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics will be pivotal in driving efficiency and profitability. What you’ll do • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes for shipping, receiving, and inventory management. • Implement process improvements using Lean methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste. • Manage profit and loss statements, budget planning, and forecasting to achieve financial targets. • Coordinate transportation planning and fleet management to ensure timely delivery of goods. • Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for effective operations management. • Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and non-vessel operating common carriers (NVOCC) to streamline supply chain activities. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining high standards of quality in all warehouse functions. Basic qualifications • Proven experience in warehouse management or operations management with supervisory responsibilities. • Strong understanding of inventory control processes and warehouse distribution strategies. • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and supply chain analytics tools. Preferred qualifications • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English for effective communication with diverse teams. • Familiarity with freight shipping processes, procurement practices, and materials management. • Experience with AS400 systems or similar platforms is a plus. • Forklift certification is desirable but not mandatory.
