Role Overview: As a Senior BCBA at Action Behavior Centers, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing behavioral intervention programs. You will lead clinical teams, ensure the highest standards of care, and contribute to the professional growth of staff while directly impacting client outcomes. What You'll Do: - You will develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans. - You will provide clinical leadership and mentorship to a team of BCBAs and behavior technicians. - You will conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. - You will collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. - You will ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies. - You will participate in staff training and professional development initiatives. - You will contribute to program development and quality improvement efforts. - You will maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all clinical activities. What You Bring: - You have a valid BCBA certification with at least 5 years of experience in applied behavior analysis. - You possess strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis. - You have experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with ABA data collection software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have a commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
