Role Overview: As a Senior BCBA at Action Behavior Centers, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing behavioral intervention programs. What You'll Do: - You will develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans. - You will provide clinical leadership and mentorship to a team of BCBAs and behavior technicians. - You will conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. - You will collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. - You will ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies. - You will participate in staff training and professional development initiatives. - You will contribute to program development and quality improvement efforts. - You will maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all clinical activities. What You Bring: - You have a valid BCBA certification with at least 5 years of clinical experience. - You possess strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices. - You have excellent leadership and communication skills. - You are proficient in data analysis and behavior assessment tools. - You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
