Job Title: Senior BCBA Company Overview: Action Behavior Centers is a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Role Overview: As a Senior BCBA at Action Behavior Centers, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing behavioral intervention programs. You will lead clinical teams, ensure the highest standards of care, and contribute to the professional growth of staff while directly impacting client outcomes. What You'll Do: - You will develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans. - You will provide clinical leadership and mentorship to a team of BCBAs and behavior technicians. - You will conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. - You will collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. - You will ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies. - You will participate in staff training and professional development initiatives. - You will contribute to program development and quality improvement efforts. - You will maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all clinical activities. What You Bring: - You have a valid BCBA certification with at least 5 years of clinical experience. - You possess strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices. - You have excellent leadership and communication skills. - You are proficient in data analysis and behavior assessment tools. - You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in a senior or supervisory BCBA role. - Background in training and mentoring junior staff. - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. - Additional certifications or specialized training in related fields.
