Role Overview: As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst at ABC, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. You will work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance quality of life. This role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented professional committed to evidence-based practices and continuous improvement. What You'll Do: - You will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop tailored intervention plans. - You will monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed. - You will collaborate with families and caregivers to provide training and support. - You will supervise and mentor behavior technicians and support staff. - You will maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. - You will participate in team meetings and contribute to program development. - You will stay current with research and best practices in applied behavior analysis. - You will advocate for patient needs within the healthcare and educational systems. What You Bring: - You have a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - You possess at least 2 years of experience in applied behavior analysis. - You have strong knowledge of ABA principles and intervention techniques. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient in data collection and analysis. - You have the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with pediatric populations. - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. - Additional certifications or training in related therapeutic approaches. - Experience in clinical supervision and staff training.
