Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $120,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. • BCBA’s become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact! Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages available: To ease the expenses of your transition. 401(k) with Company Match: Boost your retirement potential and strengthen your financial future. Remote Work from Home Days: Up to 52 days per year- to focus on treatment documentation - giving you protected time to stay ahead, avoid burnout, and provide your best clinical work. Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in Year One: Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days-no guilt, just rest. Manageable Caseloads: You’ll support up to 8 children, so you’re set up to succeed without burning out. No Non-Compete Clauses: We believe great talent doesn’t need restrictions Transparent and Expedited Career Growth & Leadership Tracks: • Center Leadership: BCBA >Sr. BCBA>Assistant Clinical Director >Clinical Director>Sr. Clinical Director >Group Clinical Director>Regional Clinical Director • Training & Development: Join Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Team, mentor and train clinicians in evidence‑based ABA practice • Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality Clinical Guidance: Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring industry leading clinicians such as: Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri Continuing Education: A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events. After running several successful healthcare businesses, they felt called to build a business that could help children with special needs. Ryan & Holly talked, emailed, and met with dozens of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who worked with children on the autism spectrum and learned about the opportunities and challenges in therapy service area. They realized that there were many families in need of services, but wait lists and poor management of existing clinics were leaving families without care. They discussed with some experienced Austin-area providers setting up a new center that was dedicated to high standards in therapy, business, and staffing. Together they created Action Behavior Centers to offer a high level of service and care for children with autism spectrum disorder.
