Role Overview: As a Senior Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) at Action Behavior Centers, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing effective behavioral interventions. You will lead clinical teams and collaborate closely with families to ensure the highest quality of care and measurable progress for our clients. What You'll Do: - You will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. - You will supervise and mentor a team of behavior technicians and junior BCBAs. - You will collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to coordinate care. - You will monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on data analysis. - You will provide training and support to caregivers to promote skill generalization. - You will ensure compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies. - You will participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to program improvement. What You Bring: - You have a current BCBA certification with at least 3 years of clinical experience. - You possess strong knowledge of ABA principles and data-driven decision making. - You have excellent communication and leadership skills. - You are proficient in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans. - You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with diverse populations including children with autism spectrum disorder. - Familiarity with electronic data collection systems and software. - Additional certifications or training in related therapeutic approaches. - Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a clinical setting.
