Role Overview: As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst at ABC, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. You will work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes and enhance quality of life. What You'll Do: - You will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. - You will oversee the implementation of behavior intervention strategies and monitor patient progress. - You will collaborate with families and caregivers to provide training and support. - You will supervise and mentor behavior technicians and support staff. - You will collect and analyze data to inform treatment adjustments. - You will ensure compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies. - You will participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement. - You will stay current with best practices and emerging research in applied behavior analysis. What You Bring: - You bring a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - You have at least 2 years of experience in applied behavior analysis, preferably in clinical or educational settings. - You possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in data collection and interpretation. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You have the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with pediatric populations or individuals with autism spectrum disorder. - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. - Additional certifications or training in related therapeutic approaches. - Experience in staff training and development.
