Role Overview: As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst at ABC, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes and enhance quality of life. What You'll Do: - You will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. - You will oversee the implementation of ABA therapy and monitor patient progress. - You will provide training and support to therapists, caregivers, and families. - You will collect and analyze data to inform treatment adjustments. - You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. - You will maintain compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. - You will participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings. What You Bring: - You have a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - You possess at least 2 years of experience in applied behavior analysis. - You have strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are compassionate and patient-focused with a commitment to ethical practice. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with pediatric populations. - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. - Additional certifications or training in related therapeutic approaches. - Experience in a clinical or educational setting.
