What You Bring: - You have a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - You possess at least 2 years of experience in applied behavior analysis. - You have strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are compassionate and patient-focused with a commitment to ethical practice. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with pediatric populations. - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. - Additional certifications or training in related therapeutic approaches. - Experience in a clinical or educational setting.
