Role Overview: As a Senior Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) at Action Behavior Centers, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans that promote positive outcomes for clients. You will lead clinical teams and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure high-quality care. What You'll Do: - You will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. - You will supervise and mentor a team of behavior technicians and junior BCBAs. - You will collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care. - You will monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on data analysis. - You will provide training and support to staff to maintain high standards of practice. - You will ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies. - You will participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to program improvement. What You Bring: - You have a current BCBA certification with at least 3 years of clinical experience. - You possess strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies. - You have excellent communication and leadership skills. - You are proficient in data collection and analysis software. - You demonstrate empathy and a client-centered approach. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with diverse populations including children with autism spectrum disorder. - Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting. - Additional certifications or training in related therapeutic techniques. - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
