Survey CAD Technician Job Description • Create Topographic, Boundary, and ALTA surveys from field notes. • Utilize AutoCAD by Autodesk and 3D, version 2015 or greater, proficiently. • Write detailed metes and bounds descriptions. • Conduct property and deed research. • Prepare cut sheets. • Provide field crews with all necessary information for proposed projects. Requirements • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D. • Experience in preparing Topographic, Boundary, and ALTA surveys. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Windsor, NJ. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.87/hr.
