Job Title: Project/Program Manager Job Description Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects or programs, overseeing all aspects from inception to completion. This role involves setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of projects. The Project/Program Manager will prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and programs. A bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or a related area are required. The role requires familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Extensive experience and judgment are relied upon to plan and accomplish goals, with a wide degree of creativity and latitude expected. Responsibilities • Lead pilot site selection, alignment, and launch support activities with site TOM teams. • Coordinate vendor relationships and manage external partner deliverables. • Drive SOP documentation, training development, and rollout execution for ROC and field operations. • Establish success metrics, track pilot performance, and provide scale viability recommendations. • Triage and close-loop on technical bugs with engineering teams. • Manage PMO approvals and compliance requirements across programs. • Track deployment milestones, identify blockers, and drive resolution. • Support workflow adoption, error-handling processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Identify and manage program dependencies across technology, operations, and business teams. • Proactively surface risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Build contingency plans and drive issue resolution with appropriate urgency. • Ensure alignment on timelines, resources, and delivery commitments. Essential Skills • Program management and project management experience. • MBA or Master's degree. • PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification. • Experience with automation technologies and IoT deployments. • Background in security systems or authentication solutions. • International program management experience. • Vendor management and external partnerships experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications • 10+ years of program/project management experience in technology or operations. • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with competing priorities. • Experience with transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred. • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts. • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across all organizational levels. Work Environment The work environment involves managing technical software or hardware, particularly in tech or operations, and includes supply chain management. This role typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department, requiring the ability to lead and direct the work of others. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $68.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
