About the Role We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and support engineering consultants embedded within large enterprise technology programs. This is a client‑facing role focused on delivery excellence, people leadership, and operational execution across complex, high‑visibility initiatives. This role is not a pure project manager position. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in program or project management combined with direct people‑management experience, ideally within engineering, technology, or professional services environments. You will manage multiple client programs simultaneously while coaching and developing engineering consultants to ensure successful delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction. What You’ll Do • Serve as the primary program lead for enterprise client engagements (e.g., large tech organizations). • Manage and support engineering consultants assigned to client programs. • Provide day‑to‑day leadership, mentorship, and coaching to direct reports. • Ensure project tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal and client requirements. • Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and internal support teams. • Oversee 2–3 client programs at a time as the business continues to grow. • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency. • Support onboarding and ramp‑up of new consultants and programs. First 30 Days – What Success Looks Like • Learn internal processes, tools, and compliance requirements. • Shadow existing program leadership before fully owning programs. • Build rapport with direct reports, internal teams, and client stakeholders. • Gain a strong understanding of how programs are currently run—and where improvements may exist. What We’re Looking For • Experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in a client‑facing environment. • Direct people‑management experience (required). • Experience supporting or managing engineering or technical teams. • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills. • Ability to operate in fast‑paced, multi‑program environments. • Comfort working with large enterprise clients. • Engineering degree or technical background is a strong plus. • PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are helpful but not required Work Authorization Requirement Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
