Hiring for an Inventory Coordinator in Chicopee! Job Description We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to manage the flow of materials and support office operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and advance within the company, with potential career paths into various departments such as Service Tech, Project Management, and Sales. Responsibilities • Receive material packages, check them into the system, and organize items on associated shelves. • Send packing slips to the purchasing group for processing. • Use a tracking sheet to document each delivery made. • Assist in the fleet management of the branch. • Handle office needs and requests, coordinating with contractors if necessary. • Complete warehouse and office inspections. • Order office and breakroom supplies. Essential Skills • Proficiency in MS Excel. • High School Diploma. • Experience in customer service, cycle counts, ERP, inventory control, and data entry. • Strong skills in shipping and receiving, Microsoft Office, material handling, inventory management, and administrative support. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with inventory management. • Bachelor's Degree. • ERP experience. Work Environment This is a part-time position, requiring onsite work from Monday to Friday, between 10am and 2pm. The role involves working in a dynamic environment with opportunities to learn about various aspects of automated construction. A company vehicle is provided for work-related tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicopee, MA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
