Job Title: Field Service Manager Job Description We are seeking a Field Service Manager to lead and oversee service operations within our aftermarket business, including parts sales, service agreements, system upgrades, and retrofits. This role requires a strong technical background combined with the ability to manage customer relationships, coordinate field activities, and drive service excellence. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in vacuum furnaces and heat‑treatment equipment along with experience in managing installation projects for large industrial machinery. Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate field service activities, ensuring timely and effective troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of vacuum furnaces and heat‑treatment equipment. • Oversee installation projects for large industrial equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and client expectations. • Manage aftermarket service programs, including technical support, service agreements, and customer satisfaction initiatives. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted technical advisor and ensuring alignment with customer needs and operational goals. • Drive aftermarket growth by supporting parts sales and promoting system upgrades, enhancements, and retrofit opportunities. • Provide guidance and technical leadership to team members and collaborate cross‑functionally to improve service processes, documentation, and performance. Essential Skills • Strong leadership ability with a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. • Advanced proficiency in technical troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and equipment assembly. • Solid in heat treatment processes and vacuum furnace technologies. Additional Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in aftermarket, service, or capital equipment sales or management. • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred); equivalent technical experience will be considered. • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead customers, coordinate projects, and manage priorities. Work Environment This is a remote leadership role with periodic international travel. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
