[Job Description] Electrical Contractor in Bremerton, WA is currently hiring for an Electrical Project Manager. This position will take full responsibility for a variety of electrical needs, from marketing through project close-out, and customer follow-up. Qualified candidates will have a successful track record demonstrating a complete understanding of project management responsibilities, including profit, supervision, customer relations, and fiscal and contract contrat management. It is highly desired for the candidates to come from having a federal construction/electrical projects experience. Pay - $105k/yr. - $155k/yr. (Depending on overall tenure, project management experience, experience working in an electrical contracting company, and federal project management experience). Location - Bremerton, WA Schedule - Standard Morning Shift [Summary of Key Responsibilities] • Project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closure. • Provide monthly project status details and percent of completion reports. • Detailed take-off and estimating for electrical service, tenant improvement, light commercial, and light industrial work. • Marketing & building profitable jobs. • Decision-making responsibility concerning project cost, time, and performance. • Cross-selling of other company operations through fully integrated solutions. • Interfacing with contractors, vendors, and in-house operations. • Coordinate and direct the workforce. • Supporting an injury-free work environment and safety culture. [Qualification Requirements] • 5+ years of construction project management experience (experience in the regional market with proven record of successful relationships and marketing skills preferred). • Current or recent experience working in an electrical contracting company. • Superior knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods. • Government project experience (Federal is highly preferred). • Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and write contracts. • Experience in writing detailed scope proposals. • ConEst estimating software experience is a big plus. • Excellent people, communication, and negotiating skills. • Experience writing scope proposals. • MV/HC Substation experience. • Ductbank experience. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Bremerton, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $155000.00/yr. 401K , Medical, Dental, Vision, car allowance Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Bremerton,WA.
