Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Construction Project Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting construction projects through efficient coordination, accurate documentation, and proactive management. This person will work directly with PM and accounting teams and have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, ensuring clear communication across teams and maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets. Must Have • Minimum of 2 years in an ‘administrator’ role (construction preferred but not required) • High proficiency in cloud-based software tools and Microsoft Office applications • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines • Strong communication skills for coordinating between teams, clients, and vendors Bonus • Prior experience in construction management • Relevant education in Construction Management or related field • Experience with construction management software (Jonas Premier & AutoDesk) • AIA & prior billing experience Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington Hills, MI.
