Job Title: Civil Project Manager We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and oversee DOT infrastructure projects for MoDOT and IDOT. This role involves managing roadway, bridge, and transportation improvement projects from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, safety standards, and budgetary constraints. Responsibilities • Manage multiple DOT projects across Missouri and Illinois, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Coordinate with MoDOT and IDOT representatives, contractors, consultants, and internal teams. • Ensure projects meet all regulatory requirements, including environmental, safety, and ADA standards. • Oversee construction activities, site inspections, and quality control. • Prepare and review project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports. • Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays or issues. • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with DOT specifications, standards, and procedures. Essential Skills • Expertise in civil construction and project management. • Experience with roadway resurfacing, bridge maintenance, and traffic signal upgrades. • Knowledge of federal funding and reporting requirements. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with land development, stormwater management, and construction processes. Work Environment This role offers a 60/40 blend of office and field work, requiring in-office presence five times a week. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Maryville, Illinois. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
