Full Description

Act-On, a leading provider of SaaS based Digital Marketing Services, is looking for a Deliverability Consultant to join our tight knit team of marketing automation enthusiasts. You will be responsible for managing a variety of key clients who have signed up for enhanced deliverability services. You will be in charge of leading customer meetings, providing daily campaign monitoring, ISP monitoring and blocklist remediation, in-product automation guidance, and client consultation (pertaining to industry best practices around email deliverability and marketing strategy). The successful candidate will bring a broad understanding of client requirements to ensure ongoing positive relationships with clients and industry professionals. This role offers a lot of growth and learning opportunities amongst an awesome group of email professionals! What You’ll Be Doing: Lead customer meetings to present deliverability insights, answer questions and provide tactical advice and proactive recommendations to improve email performance. Daily monitoring of Act-On client campaigns deployed; proactively identify and develop plans to remediate deliverability issues. Partner with customers to improve overall email send performance. Working with specialized deliverability BI reporting to provide customer insights Manage the dedicated IP setup process and align with Mail Operations for setup of new IPs as they come in. Drive product adoption by guiding customers on the implementation of Deliverability best practices in the Act-On platform through the use of Act-On's marketing automation tools. Partner with internal teams including Customer Success, Mail Operations and Sales to maintain visibility to customer needs, resolve challenges and contribute to a positive customer experience with Act-On. Provide consulting and expert guidance in regards to Compliance and Privacy standards for email such as CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR. Develop strong relationships with customers to protect ongoing revenue stream and identify up-selling opportunities. Assist with improving documentation on deliverability and email best practices. Contribute to ongoing thought-leadership blogging and stay up-to-date with deliverability best practices and the evolving email landscape. Who You Are: 2+ years Deliverability or Email Analyst, Marketing Automation, Marketing Consultant role, or related. B.S. in Statistics, Marketing, Business, C.S. or a related field. Ability to discuss and explain highly technical or complicated subjects to non-technical individuals. Good understanding of statistics and what makes a useful KPI. Working knowledge of email-related DNS record types is a plus! Strategic mindset, with a proven ability to balance long and short-term goals. Superior client service and demonstrated ability to grow internal and external client relationships. Excellent ability to self-motivate to deliver excellent customer service and handle high and low volume work. Compensation: The anticipated annual base compensation range for this position will be $80,000 - $90,000 (this position is Non-Exempt and eligible for Overtime Pay). Compensation packages are based on a combination of factors, including the selected candidate’s skills, experience as well as internal and external equity.
