Company Description ACT DIGITAL Job Description Compliancy conditions (minimum/mandatory) Minimum education at the Level 7 (Master or equivalent) Minimum English language skills at the Level C1 Minimum IT relevant professional experience of 8 years Minimum project experience relevant to the profile or at similar position of 5 years Required professional certifications (at least 1 certification among): PRINCE2 Practitioner Project Management Professional (PMP) PM2 Essential PM2 Advanced or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority) Knowledge and skills [01] Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager [02] Knowledge and experience in applying of project management methodologies and methods [03] Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies [04] Possesses a thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs [05] Is conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project and the relevant Specific Contracts [06] Presents excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality written material and presentations for a variety of audiences [07] Aligns his work easily to the changing environment, is able to work effectively in a variety of situations, seeks improvements and proactively looks to further improvements [08] Presents strong problem-solving skills [09] Displays strong leadership [10] Possesses the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers and suppliers
