Job Title : Project Manager - Payroll Duration : 6-7 months with possible extension Location : 5725 Innovation Drive, Troy, MI, USA, 48098 Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Project Manager to lead the migration of our U.S. payroll operations from ADP Workforce Now to ADP Global View, with a targeted go-live date of January 1, 2027. This role will oversee end-to-end payroll implementation, including Workday HRIS integration, benefits vendor transitions, data migration, testing, compliance, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities • Lead payroll migration from ADP Workforce Now to ADP Global View • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communication • Coordinate payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors throughout implementation • Oversee payroll data migration, system configuration, testing, validation, and go-live activities • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and internal controls • Support GL interface mapping with Oracle ERP • Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and process sign-offs • Drive change management and user adoption initiatives Qualifications • 5+ years of payroll implementation and payroll operations experience • Strong project management skills with experience handling complex implementations • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP Global View preferred • Knowledge of Workday integrations and payroll compliance • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field Preferred Skills • Experience with enterprise payroll migrations • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
