Description: The Google Brand Ambassador for Acosta Group will be a crucial team member, focused on providing essential administrative and data support for both sales objectives and client projects. This individual’s primary function involves meticulous management of customer-related records, providing assistance with proprietary client financial systems, conducting reconciliation of promotional spending, identifying and flagging inconsistencies in orders and claims, and guaranteeing precise data entry across various platforms. Qualifications: • Proven enthusiasm for working with diverse groups to enhance and modernize merchandising services and overall client proposals. • Demonstrated competence in time management, verbal and written communication, and effective problem-solving. • A High School diploma or equivalent is required; relevant professional certifications are a plus. • 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative support or data processing experience, preferably within the consumer goods or brokerage sector, or a recent university graduate with pertinent internship experience. • Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication software. • Outstanding interpersonal skills for high-quality interactions both internally and with external clients. • A proactive, self-motivated worker with a natural aptitude for identifying and resolving complex issues. • Expert user of the Microsoft Office Suite for diverse professional requirements. • Ability to represent the Acosta Group brand with the utmost professionalism. • Exceptional focus on accuracy and minute details. • A consistent record of meeting all assigned project deadlines. • Excellent active listening skills. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain client documentation through various digital portals, including Acosta Sprint, Acosta Relay, and spreadsheet applications. • Contribute to the upkeep of client financial tools, which includes creating and updating customer event records as necessary. • Execute the process of reconciling trade expenditure, managing claim notifications, and verifying that fund balances align with core client performance metrics. • Monitor order discrepancy alerts to confirm the precise application of pricing and promotional offers on customer purchases. • Support essential data submissions, including updates for price adjustments, the configuration of new product items, and managing customer-facing information in relevant systems. • Undertake any supplementary duties that contribute to the overall efficiency of the promotional planning and implementation lifecycle.
