The Customer Business Manager IV serves as a retailer expert, leading the execution of client strategies to drive growth. This role is responsible for accelerating client business performance within each assigned retailer, outpacing both the category and the retailer overall. The position builds and sustains strong client partnerships by contributing to business plan development and owning execution strategies with retail partners. Through deep knowledge of retailer operations and merchandising strategies, the Customer Business Manager IV drives growth across brands using strong insights, effective selling, and best‑in‑class execution.
