Kroger & Harris Teeter Digital Commerce Team Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping brands succeed in the ever-evolving world of digital commerce? We are seeking a Business Manager Assistant (BMA) to support our Kroger and Harris Teeter Digital Commerce Team. This role is critical to ensure the accurate setup, maintenance, and management of product information and digital content across retailer platforms and content management systems. This position offers exposure to digital commerce, retail media, content management, and retailer technologies while partnering with leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. RESPONSIBILITIES Support New Item Setup & Item Maintenance * Manage and process Item Maintenance Forms (IMF) for new item onboarding, item changes, and product updates. * Ensure all retailer requirements, documentation, and submissions are completed accurately and on time. * Monitor item setup requests through completion and proactively resolve issues that may impact launch timelines. * Verify item information, pricing, attributes, product descriptions, and supporting documentation for accuracy. Manage Digital Content * Maintain product content across multiple SaaS-based content management and syndication platforms. * Support digital shelf initiatives by ensuring product information is complete, accurate, and retailer compliant. * Perform content audits and quality assurance reviews to identify and correct discrepancies. * Coordinate updates to product descriptions, images, attributes, and marketing content. Support Retail Media & Digital Commerce Platforms * Develop working knowledge of Kroger Ad Platform (KAP), Kroger Prism, and related retailer technologies. * Support digital merchandising and retail media initiatives through platform administration and execution support. * Assist with reporting, data collection, and retailer-specific digital requirements. * Partner with internal teams to support evolving digital commerce strategies. Partner with Business Managers & Client Teams * Work directly with Business Managers to support customer objectives and retailer requirements. * Manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. * Coordinate effectively across sales, marketing, content, analytics, and retailer support teams. * Provide timely communication and follow-up on customer requests and project milestones. Ensure Data Accuracy & Operational Excellence * Perform accurate data entry across retailer systems, internal tools, and content management platforms. * Conduct audits and validation checks to ensure data quality and compliance. * Troubleshoot data issues and collaborate with stakeholders on issue resolution. * Maintain organized records of submissions, approvals, and project activities. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies. QUALIFICATIONS Required Education and Work Experience: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * 2+ years of experience in administrative support, account support, retail operations, data management, digital commerce, or related fields. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams. * Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with Kroger, Harris Teeter, retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or broker organizations. * Experience with content management systems, content syndication platforms, or retailer portals. * Exposure to digital commerce, eCommerce operations, retail media, or digital marketing. * Experience working across multiple SaaS platforms and online business applications. * Familiarity with Kroger Ad Platform, Kroger Prism, or similar retailer technologies. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service. * Highly organized and capable of balancing multiple priorities. * Comfortable working independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Able to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
