What you will do • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to support maximum production rates. • Complete PMs and Repair Work Orders in the CMMS on schedule and in compliance. • Diagnose and repair equipment and controls: AC/DC motors and drives, servo systems, chillers, conveyors, and downstream equipment. • Serve as first-response triage for machine issues; collaborate with Electrical Engineering as needed. • Interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings to identify faults and plan repairs. • Specify, source, and order replacement parts and control components; help sustain a healthy spare parts inventory. • Work closely with Production to ensure safe, reliable operation of plant assets. • Practice LOTO, respect Arc Flash boundaries, and uphold all PPE requirements. Schedule and pay • Shift: Rotating nights, 6:00PM - 6:30AM (2-2-3 schedule) • Pay: Tech II $27.40–$35.25/hour plus overtime; Tech I $23.85–$30.70/hour • Availability: 40+ hours weekly, weekends as required, on-call for repairs and assistance Capabilities that set you up for success • Use of voltmeters, ammeters, ohm meters, meggers, and similar test equipment. • Knowledge of machine operation and Sequence of Operations for production machinery. • Fluency with NEC, UL508A, NFPA 79; strong reading of prints and schematics. • 3-phase industrial power distribution; AC, DC, and servo drive/motor systems. • PLC I/O and networking troubleshooting; motion setup for servo drives and motors. • Electrical formulas, mechanical math, and practical application in the field. • Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
