Job Title: Manhattan WMS Support Analyst (Business Process Analysis 4) Location: Everett, Renton & Milton, WA (Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $74/hr on W2 Interview: In-person preferred Shifts: Variable – must be open to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Job Description (Brief): Seeking a Manhattan WMS Support Analyst to support the rollout and enhancement of the new Warehousing Management System across Boeing’s Assembly and Installation warehouses. This role includes system configuration, UAT support, training, functionality improvements, and integration support with ERPLN/SAP, CMES, and KITS. The analyst will collaborate with Warehouse Operations, IT, and business teams on process improvements, change requests, benchmarking, business cases, and hardware assessments. Key Responsibilities: • Lead cross-functional teams supporting Manhattan WMS implementation • Provide pre/post-implementation support: configuration, UAT, training, audits • Analyze warehouse processes and present recommendations to leadership • Develop standards, roadmap, and SOPs for WMS enhancements • Ensure compliance with inventory management and operational policies • Manage change requests, business cases, and cost-benefit analysis • Coordinate with IT teams on system requirements and updates • Work independently with minimal direction Basic Qualifications: • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (prefer Manhattan WMS) • Background in WMS implementation or support • Experience with BI/data warehousing
