We operate with discipline, innovation, and trust — and we’re looking for someone who holds those same values. About the Role We’re looking for a self-starting, organized, and system-driven Operations Manager to help ACJ Luxury Maintenance scale with structure. This is not a passive administrative role — we want someone who comes in with ideas, sees inefficiencies, and builds systems that make the company work smarter. You’ll oversee scheduling, internal processes, and communication between field staff, clients, and leadership. Key Responsibilities · Manage cleaner schedules and ensure all client sites are properly covered. · Track time sheets, prepare payroll summaries, and coordinate with accounting. · Order, monitor, and track cleaning supplies and vendor deliveries. · Develop and improve internal systems using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Trello, Airtable, or Asana. · Implement simple automations and trackers for client communication, quotes, and project logs. · Support the CEO with proposal formatting, reporting, and administrative tasks. · Identify workflow gaps and proactively propose solutions that improve efficiency. We’re Looking For Someone Who… · Is a true self-starter — you don’t wait for direction; you build direction. · Thinks in systems and loves to streamline operations. · Is highly organized and capable of managing multiple moving parts. · Brings new ideas and tools that improve communication and workflow. · Is comfortable with technology — Google Workspace, CRMs, and project management tools. · Can manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision. · Is dependable, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills. This Role Is Not For You If… · You need constant direction or close supervision. · You struggle with digital tools or new technology. · You prefer routine over building or improving systems. · You’re not comfortable working independently or taking initiative. · You avoid accountability or dislike structure.
