At least 1 year of call center sales experience with outbound calling and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Description: • Impact members' financial journeys by selling debt resolution and loan and home equity products • Receive and contact warm leads daily through an outbound auto-dialer • Follow a consultative selling approach to educate, overcome objections, and close sales in 1-2 calls • Complete applications, pull credit, and gather documents while collaborating with underwriting teams • Consistently meet and/or exceed sales goals and performance metrics • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction • Work an 8-hour shift between 8:00am-8:00pm CST on assigned schedule (Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu) Requirements: • 1 year or more of successful call center sales experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience making outbound calls to warm leads • Prior experience with high volume (70-100+ dials) is a plus • Strong understanding of a consultative sales process and a successful track record of exceeding sales goals • Ability to think and move quickly while taking an empathetic approach to helping members • Effectively manage schedule and lead database to meet metrics and goals • Competitiveness and drive to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals • Must have high speed internet/fiber broadband connection Benefits: • Hybrid and remote work opportunities for certain roles • 401 (k) with employer match • Medical, dental, and vision with HSA and FSA options • Competitive vacation and sick time off, as well as dedicated volunteer days • Access to wellness support through Employee Assistance Program, physical and mental health wellness programs • Up to $5,250 paid back to you on eligible education expenses • Pet care discounts for your furry family members • Financial support in times of hardship with our Achieve Care Fund • A safe place to connect and a commitment to diversity and inclusion through our six employee resource groups
