We are seeking an organized and proactive Program Coordinator (Field Operations) to lead and coordinate on-ground project activities across multiple locations. This is a field-based role that involves extensive travel (80–90%) to project and deployment sites. The ideal candidate will have strong operational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to manage field logistics, people, and processes efficiently while ensuring smooth execution of autonomous vehicle testing and deployment projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate field operations, including autonomous vehicle testing and deployment activities. • Coordinate with clients and drivers to ensure effective on-ground execution and timely delivery of project milestones. • Plan, schedule, and oversee end-to-end project activities, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to timelines. • Track project deliverables, milestones, and KPIs, and prepare detailed progress and performance reports. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align field activities with operational and technical objectives. • Manage logistics, procurement, and vendor coordination related to field operations. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, operational standards, and company policies during field activities. • Identify, assess, and escalate operational risks or issues, providing practical resolutions. • Maintain clear communication channels among internal teams, clients, vendors, and field personnel to ensure the success of projects. Qualifications • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in program or project coordination, preferably in field or operations roles. • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with attention to detail. • Basic understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies. • Experience or exposure to autonomous systems, logistics, or field service operations is highly desirable.
