Job Summary: The Clinical, Manager is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the organization, ensuring that the highest quality of care is provided to patients while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Supervise clinical staff and oversee day-to-day operations. Monitor quality of care and compliance with policies and regulations. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. Provide training and support to clinical staff to enhance their skills and performance. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback. Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize clinical operations. Participate in strategic planning for clinical services. Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss operational issues and improvements. Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules. Qualifications Required Qualifications Active unrestricted RN license required. Minimum three years of clinical management experience required. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and healthcare laws. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred.
