Full Description

We're seeking a Marketing Manager with experience marketing manufacturers or brands in the AEC industry. You'll partner closely with our Partner Success and Sales teams to create content and execute across all marketing channels (email, website, social media, webinars, events etc). and execute integrated campaigns that drive engagement and action. The ideal candidate brings experience in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment. You're comfortable wearing multiple hats, moving quickly, and taking ownership of projects from concept through execution. This is a hands-on execution role. Please only apply if you meet these core requirements: Industry Experience 3+ years working in the Architecture or Construction industry Deep working knowledge of architects and designers as well as the manufacturers and brands in the industry SaaS and/or startup environment experience Marketing Expertise 1-3 years as the primary content creator for architect/design audiences—planning, creating, and distributing content across all marketing channels 1-3 years webinar management experience, including calendar management, demand generation outreach, nurture campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns Demonstrated experience executing campaigns across email, social media, website, thought leadership, presentations, and sales collateral Proficiency using AI tools to enhance productivity and content quality Strong collaboration skills working across Sales and Partner teams Exceptional editing and QA capabilities Superb organizational skills Education Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with substantial work experience in the architecture and design industry Preferred Qualifications: These skills will set you apart: Event marketing and management experience: planning and executing trade shows and industry events, including booth presence, collateral, and branded materials Writing style that inspires and engages design professionals with clever insights and fresh perspectives Graphic design skills, particularly in Canva Ability to collaborate with design teams on visual assets HubSpot expertise: automation, workflows, and campaign management Analytics and reporting experience SEO fundamentals and ability to integrate optimization into all content Success Profile: The right person for this role is: Self-motivated and disciplined • Reliable and adaptable • Deadline-driven • Solutions-oriented • Detail-focused • Skilled at juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability plans, long-term disability plans, and supplementary insurance options 401k retirement to plan for your future Home office / wellness stipend to set you up in style Unlimited PTO - we work hard and play hard And the best benefit is working with an A-Team to build something special while making an enormous impact in the architecture and design industry!
