What You Bring to the Table: ✅ Leadership Experience: 5+ years managing a team of 25+ people. ✅ Training Expertise: Proven success in training and developing employees for success. ✅ Industry Know-How: 5+ years in Lawn Care and Landscaping – you know the ropes! ✅ License & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License in Michigan and ability to pass DOT, Chaffers, and drug tests. ✅ Hands-On Experience: You’ve been behind the wheel of equipment, trailers, and tools for over 5 years. ✅ Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computer databases to keep everything organized. ✅ Communication Skills: You excel at clear, concise communication and know how to motivate your team. ✅ Problem Solver: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure. ✅ Organizational Wizard: You can juggle multiple tasks, schedules, and responsibilities without breaking a sweat. ✅ Team Player: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand the power of collaboration.
