AIA Contract Documents (ACD) is the industry standard for architecture and construction contracts, trusted for over 135 years. Our Catina platform is a secure, cloud-based hub for creating and managing contract documents. We are modernizing how architects, engineers, and construction professionals work by simplifying complex legal workflows and driving clarity and fairness across the built environment. We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join our fully remote marketing team. This role bridges product innovation and customer engagement, translating complex product capabilities into compelling stories that drive adoption and growth. You’ll lead customer communications, create go-to-market strategies for new features and releases, and partner closely with product, sales, and content teams to ensure ACD’s value is clearly articulated at every stage of the customer journey. Responsibilities · Lead go-to-market strategy: Develop and execute launch plans for new products and features, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, and sales. · Own customer communications: Plan and manage ongoing customer campaigns in coordination with life-cycle marketing manager that highlight product enhancements, new releases, and key value propositions. · Develop a tiered communications strategy: Partner with product teams to align messaging to a tiered roadmap, ensuring that customer and partner communications reflect feature priorities and business goals. · Support the sales organization: Create and refine messaging frameworks, sales enablement materials, and value propositions based on customer personas, use cases, and pain points. · Build strong cross-functional relationships: Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to translate complex features into meaningful business benefits. · Partner with the Content team: Provide creative briefs and collaborate on the development of targeted content including web copy, blog posts, videos, webinars, and sales collateral, and ad campaigns that communicate value and drives engagement. · Develop persona-based messaging: Deeply understand customer segments and use research, feedback, and data to craft resonant, differentiated positioning for each audience. · Monitor product performance and market trends: Analyze adoption, usage, and engagement data to identify opportunities for improved messaging and campaign refinement. · Champion the voice of the customer: Serve as the advocate for users throughout go-to-market planning, ensuring their needs and challenges are central to product positioning and storytelling. · Align initiatives with company and marketing OKRs, ensuring all activities directly contribute to customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals. Qualifications · 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS, technology, or B2B environment. · Proven success developing and executing go-to-market campaigns and customer communication strategies. · Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value-based storytelling. · Experience working closely with product and sales teams to translate technical features into clear, customer-centric messaging. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft persuasive narratives for diverse audiences. · Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo). · Highly organized and able to manage multiple launches and campaigns simultaneously. · Growth mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate based on data and feedback · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. · Bonus: Background in architecture, engineering, construction, or legal technology.
