Full Description

AIA Contract Documents (ACD) is the industry standard for architecture and construction contracts, trusted for over 135 years. Our Catina platform is a secure, cloud-based hub for creating and managing contract documents. We are modernizing how architects, engineers, and construction professionals work by simplifying complex legal workflows and driving clarity and fairness across the built environment. We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join our fully remote marketing team. This role will own the performance and optimization of ACD’s website driving traffic growth, engagement, and conversion. You’ll collaborate closely with the campaigns and advertising team to enhance user experience, test and refine conversion flows, and increase key metrics such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and subscription upgrades. This is a hands-on role for a digital marketer who thrives at the intersection of analytics, creativity, and user experience. Responsibilities · Own website performance and optimization: Oversee ACD’s website as a primary digital property, ensuring it’s optimized for conversion, engagement, and growth. · Develop and execute testing strategies: Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rate, average order value, and subscription upsell performance. · Collaborate with campaign and advertising teams: Partner with paid media, content, and SEO leaders to align messaging, creative, and landing experiences that maximize campaign ROI. · Participate in digital acquisition initiatives: Support planning and execution of cost-effective digital marketing programs across channels, including SEM/PPC, paid social, display advertising, and partnerships. · Analyze and optimize the customer journey: Identify and address friction points across the funnel; leverage analytics and user behavior insights to improve website and campaign effectiveness. · Manage analytics and reporting: Own reporting dashboards and KPIs related to website performance, digital advertising, and conversion. Translate insights into actionable recommendations. · Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, design, content, and engineering teams to ensure seamless site experiences and alignment across all digital touchpoints. · Maintain brand consistency and quality: Uphold ACD’s design, tone, and accessibility standards across the web experience. · Research and experiment: Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, CRO tools, and performance marketing best practices, applying new ideas that elevate ACD’s digital impact. · Align initiatives with company and marketing OKRs, ensuring all activities directly contribute to customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals. · Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and systems for scalability and performance. Qualifications · 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or e-commerce environment. · Demonstrated success managing and optimizing websites for conversion, engagement, and growth. · Proven experience with CRO tools (e.g., Amplitude, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.). · Deep understanding of website analytics (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, PowerBI or equivalent). · Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to translate data into strategy and actionable recommendations. · Experience collaborating across teams (design, content, engineering) to implement changes that drive measurable results. · Familiarity with SEO/GEO best practices and content optimization as well as digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, Facebook). · Growth mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate based on data and feedback · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. · Bonus: Experience with subscription models, SaaS marketing funnels, or e-commerce optimization. Why Join Us · 100% Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere while collaborating with a dedicated, mission-driven team. · Make a Real Impact: Your content will shape how thousands of firms engage with AIA documents and understand ACD’s products. · Collaborative Culture: Join a supportive team where ideas are valued and every voice helps shape our narrative. · Innovation & Experimentation: Use AI and analytics to push the boundaries of content strategy and creative marketing. · Professional Growth: Expand your skills across content, SEO, and digital marketing in a dynamic and growing company. · Meaningful Work: Help empower the architecture and construction community with trusted information and tools that drive better outcomes. Benefits and Perks · Competitive Salary · Company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance · 401(k) with company match · Work-from-home stipend · Unlimited PTO
