The Team: The Information Technology team is responsible for providing systems, tools and reporting to support our evolving revenue and financial operations. The Impact: This role is responsible for managing multiple business transformation projects on time and within established budgets. This role will ensure all internal stakeholders and development resources work cohesively and collaboratively together to deliver the technology and processes that will drive efficiency across our organization. This function will accelerate our ability to scale in the future. Responsibilities: • Communicate effectively with executive sponsors, partners and stakeholders in the company to ensure tight collaboration and knowledge sharing across the teams. • Maintain a roadmap of IT projects that is prioritized by leadership. • Create project plans and timelines for each initiative. • Document requirements in a Business Requirement Document that will be reviewed and signed off by business and IT leaders. Ensure that there are corresponding JIRA tickets that can be handed off to development. • Following Scrum best practice, drive SDLC activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, QA/UAT, and release sign-off. • Collaborate with users and IT developers • Work with business leaders on communication and training plan for new functionality and reporting. • Build detailed project plans, charters, timelines, and risk logs; ensure timely delivery against milestones; Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints across teams. What We’re Looking For: • Excellent written and communication experience required. • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and balance long-term strategies with short-term execution is required. • Change management experience required • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Snowflake, SAP, and Power BI (or similar tooling) required. • PMP Certification or, in lieu of certification, significant experience managing complex technical projects preferred. • Certified ScrumMaster or Product Master preferred. The Location: Colorado - Remote Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates): Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan/sales commission plan as well as comprehensive benefits.
