Job Overview We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated Senior MERN Stack Developers to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using the MERN stack—MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js—while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will drive innovative solutions, optimize system performance, and ensure robust application architecture aligned with modern software engineering principles. Duties • Lead the development of full-stack web applications utilizing JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React.js and Node.js • Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end services • Architect scalable microservices architectures leveraging cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS or Azure • Collaborate within Agile software development teams to plan, develop, test, and deploy features efficiently • Apply design patterns and best practices for system design to ensure maintainability, scalability, and security • Integrate third-party APIs and develop custom APIs to extend application functionality • Maintain version control using GitHub or SVN, ensuring code quality through CI/CD pipelines and automated testing Skills • Extensive experience with JavaScript and proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React Express for front-end development • Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and related technologies within the MERN stack • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and API integration techniques • Expertise in system design for developing scalable, high-performance applications using microservices architecture • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services like AWS or Azure for deploying and managing applications • Knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL; experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is essential • Experience with software engineering best practices including version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, and Agile methodologies • Understanding of security principles including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and secure API development • Ability to write clean, efficient code following established design patterns and software design principles • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or C# is a plus but not mandatory Join us to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to crafting innovative solutions that make a real impact.
