The yacht will travel between iconic yachting destinations, while most members are expected to be based in the United States and Europe. The culture is entrepreneurial, discreet, and quality-focused, with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, character, and long-term client relationships. Objective of the Role The Junior Membership & Events Representative supports the membership, marketing, and leadership teams in three core areas: client communications, presentation and materials preparation, and event planning and delivery. The role exists to ensure that every member and prospect touchpoint — from an email to a deck to an in-person event — is executed with precision, warmth, and the standards expected of an ultra-luxury private club. Requirements • 1–3 years’ experience in high-end events, luxury hospitality, private membership clubs, or comparable client-facing environments. • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite, with good design sense and attention to detail. • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences. • Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and creativity, with a disciplined approach to review and approval. • Outstanding interpersonal skills, discretion, and professional presence with senior and high-profile individuals. • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Based near the New York metro area or Miami-Dade area, with the ability and willingness to travel between these locations and within the U.S. as needed.
