Pay: From $4,500.00 per month Job description: Quality Assurance Supervisor – Quality Assurance (Automotive / EV Battery Parts Inspection) Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Country General Manager About Us We are a leading quality assurance outsourcing company providing critical inspection and quality management services to OEMs, electronics manufacturers, automotive suppliers, EV parts and battery producers worldwide. As part of our strategic expansion into the United States, we are seeking a highly qualified Operations Manager to lead and manage our onsite inspection operations at multiple customer projects. Position Summary Responsibilities: Including but not limited to: Providing support for operational quality assurance projects to major U.S. customers (including but not limited to CATL, Fuyao, etc.); Taking the lead in team member recruitment, hands on training, day-to-day management, and, if needed, hands on participating in quality inspection tasks; Performing operational management duties with ACCU's requirements and standards; Performing other reasonable tasks as assigned by ACCU such as customer calls and finding new customers. Work Objectives: Including but not limited to: Follow up with CATL/Ford EV battery vendors to secure more sorting business; Lead the establishment of the quality assurance team structure for ACCU at Yanfeng factory in South Carolina; Lead the completion of any ad hoc sorting projects in the United States; Participate in sales calls and business meetings; Work Requirements: Including but not limited to: You may access relevant documents and attend meetings as required; You shall act diligently to protect the company’s interests. You shall provide timely advice and respond to the company’s suggestions; You shall maintain the confidentiality of all of the company’s information; Upon termination of the employment relationship, you are required to cooperate in completing the handover of responsibilities and the settlement of any outstanding fees; Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree (BS) preferred; preferably in a STEM field (Engineering, Science, Technology, Mathematics) or other technical disciplines. · Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in automotive quality assurance, inspection, or quality engineering. · Prior experience working in OEM quality control departments or with Tier 1 automotive suppliers highly preferred. · Demonstrated management skills and supervising quality inspection teams (10+ team members). · Strong working knowledge of industry standards: IATF16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.x, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, CP, 8D, PSB, Lean, Six Sigma, ISO 9001. · Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work onsite in Marshall, MI, with occasional travel as required.
