Company Description Accountability in Action specializes in supporting organizations, particularly in the professional services sector such as law firms, with adopting and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and related technologies. Role Description Looking for a US-based intern to help execute a focused outreach plan in the LegalTech market (starting with Texas + California, then expanding nationwide). LegalTech advisor focused on applied AI deployment in legal workflows, looking to build visibility through outreach to bar associations, lawyer associations, CPA associations and media. Start date: Feb 5 Duration: 4–8 weeks Time: Flexible How to apply: DM You will help with • Outreach and follow-ups from email • Coordinating shipping of books/materials to confirmed recipients • Tracking everything in a simple Google Sheet (contacts, follow-ups, outcomes) Ideal fit • Highly organized and reliable (this is the #1 requirement) • Some admin/coordination experience • Curious and open to learning about AI + the legal industry • No special tools required, just strong execution What it really means: you will: • promote and send out books Engage to provide our expertise through: • Articles / client alerts / blog posts on AI developments and industry impacts • Speaking engagements • Executive briefings for leadership teams • Policy or governance guidance (e.g., responsible-use policies, risk frameworks) • Case studies and best practices (what works, what to avoid, and why) Qualifications • Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, professional messaging • Experience in Community Outreach and building relationships with diverse stakeholders • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn • Background in marketing, public relations, or a related field is a plus • or.... you know how to use ai If this sounds like you (or someone you know), DM
